"Express Service' for basic work i used the "Express Service" for some basic work (oil change and mass state inspection sticker). As always, no appointment was needed, and my car was i used the "Express Service" for some basic work (oil change and mass state inspection sticker). As always, no appointment was needed, and my car was taken in within a few minutes. About 40 minutes later the work was complete. The service advisor explained the work done, and did not try to upsell to additional work. I was in and out under an hour total, the way it should be. Your sales department has earned you a customer. the only thing i would suggest to improve is the waiting area. Its not bad, especially when only staying <1 hour. But other dealers have waiting area that are more conducive to working (e.g. countertop space for laptop use, and an area not in earshot of the TV). More

Excellent Service I brought my car in for an appointment I thought I had made. My mistake...I called the wrong Honda dealership because I just looked at an old paper a I brought my car in for an appointment I thought I had made. My mistake...I called the wrong Honda dealership because I just looked at an old paper and just once I went to a different dealership because my car wouldn't start in that city. When I arrived I didn't have an appointment there but even though it was a holiday weekend and they were busy they fit me in. Vic was very helpful going over everything that I wanted to have done: part of it was a recall, brakes, & alignment . I also was able to have a courtesy car for the day. After they went over the car Vic called and went over everything that needed to be done and also recommended a new cabin filter. He said the car would probably not be ready until 5:00. Then I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Vic to say they would have it ready for me by 3:30. Excellent service!! More
