Service and sales.. .I've been going to this dealer for 9 years, primarily for service. Basic oil changes, a few minor services. Price IMO have always been reasonable for a dealer, plus I only had a couple of instances where there was a minor problem and they quickly resolved it. They always left the car clean, and might suggest other services if I was interested, but never pushed anything hard that was not required. I purchased a new Ridgeline there last July and the sales people were never pushy, and listened to what I wanted. They got my truck within $200 of some online discount prices, and had the truck shipped from another dealer (150 miles away) and ready in 24 hours. The online brokers wanted anywhere from 5 to 7 days to deliver a vehicle. Overall, I am very satisfied compared with other dealerships I've encountered over the years. More
