Quick and easy I was able to stop by after work, do the state inspection, and leave under 40 minutes! When caught, the guy (I believe his name is Jorge Gomez) said he was looking for the Certificate of Registration, and insisted that that's how he ALWAYS does it, and that he will put it back when the service is done. So, he routinely goes through your stuff to find what he needs, then later puts it back (hopefully) - all of that without ever telling you or asking your permission. Nice, isn't it?! More

"Express Service' for basic work i used the "Express Service" for some basic work (oil change and mass state inspection sticker). As always, no appointment was needed, and my car was i used the "Express Service" for some basic work (oil change and mass state inspection sticker). As always, no appointment was needed, and my car was taken in within a few minutes. About 40 minutes later the work was complete. The service advisor explained the work done, and did not try to upsell to additional work. I was in and out under an hour total, the way it should be. Your sales department has earned you a customer. the only thing i would suggest to improve is the waiting area. Its not bad, especially when only staying <1 hour. But other dealers have waiting area that are more conducive to working (e.g. countertop space for laptop use, and an area not in earshot of the TV). More
