Only Honda dealership. I drive an Acura and there is no Acura dealership in driving distance for same day service. Service department is always a hassle and the advisor alw I drive an Acura and there is no Acura dealership in driving distance for same day service. Service department is always a hassle and the advisor always seem to get upset working on Acura. My complaint is partially my fault because I didn't directly ask about additional services the dealership performed, like 2 hours labor to turn a brake rotor when " need to throw on new rear brake pads," was the recommended service. Not to upset, I actually expect this from this Honda dealership. It's always a hassle. More

Great service. I received a text that I had routine maintenance due on my lease and gave me the option to set a date for the maintenance and then was given options I received a text that I had routine maintenance due on my lease and gave me the option to set a date for the maintenance and then was given options of available time slots which was great. However I was not given a duration of time it would take to perform maintenance. If I had known it was going to be 2 hours for maintenance I may have arranged it differently. More
