He then spoke highly of their service department and what I would need do to make an appointment. Upon arriving two days later, I was greeted by not only the Service Mgr. Ms. Janine but also the advisor, Mr. Allen Vinson armed with his tablet. They were both very helpful. I waited only three minutes at the most in which they did acknowledge initially, that I was in their service area. They both listened to my car and service issues in coming to HoBC as I've had an unfavorable relationship and questionable service with another dealer. Their intake at the service department seem very well organized. In fact, the service manager Janine was able to pull the Carfax service entry report from the previous dealer's service department and was able to tell me what they entered as to what work was already done. Amazing. I was certainly surprised by their multipoint inspection of my car, presenting photos and explanations via a text and website link of what they had found, that would require immediate servicing/repair. This I found was very unlike any service department I've had before, servicing my 2010 Honda CR-V with nearly 300K miles. Despite that the service department is well over an hour away from my residence, the car was only kept for less than 24 hours and was promptly notified by Mr. Allen that my car was completed with the authorized work and was ready for pick up. So far, so good. I will follow up with another review in a month or so. To ensure what was previously leaking oil, that it remains in the engine and not on my driveway. Thank you HoBC! More

If waiting for service to be completed on our vehicle, in the waiting area, the Service Advisor will update me as to the approximate completion time. I appreciate the Automobile Status Report that is attached to the invoice. It explains why the additional service recommendations were made. Thank you! More
