J.M has always been a great help over the years and so is Andrew T as a service advisor. I always do my homework before any major service and honestly after many shady experiences with a few local shops I rather take my car to the Honda dealership pay about the same price and have the peace of mind of knowing they are using the right parts and not cutting corners. Communication is top notch which is great plus compared to other dealerships, nothing extra is done without my approval. More
