Great experience at Honda of Bay County! Had a lot of maintenance and needed upgrades for my 2011 Ridgeline, so I took it to them (my usual dealer). I got new tires, new shocks, valve adjust Had a lot of maintenance and needed upgrades for my 2011 Ridgeline, so I took it to them (my usual dealer). I got new tires, new shocks, valve adjustment, timing chain, and lots of fluid changes. I dropped it off on Monday with Michelle Rodriguez (service advisor), described what I wanted and later that evening I received a call from her with more details about what I requested and what they recommended after inspecting the vehicle. Michelle gave a rough cost estimate at that time as well so I could approve the service. This was followed by an email the next day also asking for confirmation of each service. By Friday of the same week I got a call from Michelle saying the truck was done which was very nice. When I picked it up Michelle went over the invoice again with me so I knew what had been done exactly. So far the truck has been great with the service performed by Honda of Bay County. Would recommend them and Michelle to anyone looking for a solid place for automobile service and great customer care. More
