No other oil change I've had comes with tire tread reports and brake pad levels! Most of all, I really love that they quoted me a time and stuck to it. There was no sitting and wondering when they'd finish, they were actually a few minutes early. I recommend them! More

Dealership sent me a coupon for an oil change that included 5 qts of “premium full synthetic oil” for $25. I took my car over and waited 20 mins before they came and told me it would cost a little mor included 5 qts of “premium full synthetic oil” for $25. I took my car over and waited 20 mins before they came and told me it would cost a little more ($65!) for my car. If my car needed more than 5 qts of oil I might understand but that wasn’t the case. Instead, they told me my car needed a better full synthetic oil (Mobil 1) than the premium full synthetic offered on their coupon. The coupon ad sent to me referenced the model car their discount was for. It felt like they just didn’t want to honor their coupon so I left without the oil change. More

They were great. We were on vacation and we’re scheduled to leave that day at 11 am and they went above and beyond to make sure it was complete and even do a check for any other issues before we left. I will never purchase a car with Honda of bay county the service was terrible. When on the lot or window shop and maybe test drive.
