My dealership service department is top notch. They keep me informed and all the service representatives are responsive. My car still will not auto idle on stop but I think that may be a manufacture/design flaw since two dealers have not been able to resolve. I'm disappointed in Honda because of that. I'm disappointed that Honda if J. Salesman sold me a vehicle that did not meet my needs saying that the vehicle they sold me was just like my 2012 Pilot when it did not have all wheel drive and I got into a bind because of that and had to get another one, losing money on the deal so I'm not sure I'll get my next one there. More
