Compationate to the guest needs and listened well, took the time to explain and ask questions to ensure that he has the vehicle that fit my needs. He was successful in providing what ever information that allowed me to make my decision. Then came Busniess Manager Issa Hasan, who made every effort to make the purchase smooth and fast. Extremely knowledgeable, like Gino he was professional, attentive and caring. Then came the time to go to the service desk to add some options to the vehicle that it did not have. Service advisor Gabrielle who was impressive in her professionalism, attentiveness, and caring attitude. She went out of her way to fit me in the schedule for that afternoon despite the short notice. I really appreciate all of them for going above and beyond thier duty to help me and ensure that my safety is at their heart. That is what I call extraordinary customer Service .
