On August 8th, myself and my wife stopped at the Honda dealership on Pearl Road in Strongsville, Ohio to begin our search for a car to replace our 14 year old vehicle. We were introduced to our Sales Asso dealership on Pearl Road in Strongsville, Ohio to begin our search for a car to replace our 14 year old vehicle. We were introduced to our Sales Associate, Kaleb Van Deusen. We explained what we were looking for and monthly price range. Kaleb jotted down our info and began reviewing the dealership’s inventory. In moments, he had developed a list of used and new vehicles that he wanted us to take a look at. He knew his inventory and in no time we were on our way to see the cars. We saw a couple of used cars and a couple of new cars that we could purchase or lease. He explained the financing briefly and then suggested that we take the cars for a test ride. Kaleb rode along and he was quite talkative and cordial and we felt very much at ease. When we returned to his desk, he prepared the paperwork for financing on two of the vehicles we liked the most and he took it into his manager. When he returned to us, we continued to chit-chat for a few moments until his manager walked over with the offers. The pricing was a bit high but within a few minutes , we were able to strike a deal. The entire process was cordial with none of the pushing to make a decision which is very refreshing. We were very happy with the entire experience and it began with Kaleb - being the easy-going, laid-back individual that he is. He is very knowledgeable on the inventory and spoke freely on every question that we posed to him. We never felt rushed and we felt happy with the financing arrangements. More
