I didn't realize that being provided ride from/to home from dealership meant I would not receive auto till the next day. That should have been explained up front. Work done was satisfactory but labor c from dealership meant I would not receive auto till the next day. That should have been explained up front. Work done was satisfactory but labor charges way too high for a retiree like myself on a fixed income. Ditto for parts which I found at another Honda dealer for 50% less. Finally, dealer web site is hacked. Every time I access it, my antivirus finds malware and thankfully, removes it. More

I've purchased Honda cars for over 40 years. This new car purchase was a disappointment when I was offered a good discount on items upfront for my 2 car trade ins. My rating is based on a service appointment. I haven't shopped for a vehicle here. All of the staff with whom I interacted directly were very friendly, professional and helpful. I had chosen to wait for the car and I felt they were very efficient and effective in minimizing my wait time. The diagnostics done on my car, along with the video report they sent me were very helpful. My only issue is that I felt the repair recommendations were aggressive. My service advisor was helpful in thinking through the recommendations and deciding what work actually needed to be done. Overall, the appointment went well and gave me what I needed, but I'm concerned that if one of my children had brought the car in, they would have felt compelled to spend hundreds of dollars on unnecessary work.
