I had chosen to wait for the car and I felt they were very efficient and effective in minimizing my wait time. The diagnostics done on my car, along with the video report they sent me were very helpful. My only issue is that I felt the repair recommendations were aggressive. My service advisor was helpful in thinking through the recommendations and deciding what work actually needed to be done. Overall, the appointment went well and gave me what I needed, but I'm concerned that if one of my children had brought the car in, they would have felt compelled to spend hundreds of dollars on unnecessary work. More
