My car was being serviced for a recall on September 2. The only call I received was to ask me if I wanted to pay for other services. I agreed to some filter changes. I never got a call when my car was r The only call I received was to ask me if I wanted to pay for other services. I agreed to some filter changes. I never got a call when my car was ready for pickup. I finally called them at 5:30pm, and the woman I talked to on the phone checked with Jason then told me my car was ready. I said I’d be there to get my car. When I got there at 6:03pm the service area was deserted and dark. The woman at the desk told me they closed promptly at 6 and that someone should have waited since I told the person I talked to at 5:30 that I was coming. Thankfully, the woman at the service desk was very helpful. She got my paperwork and was able to figure out a way that I could pay for the filters and check me out. More
