Came in this time with a challenging situation involving a leased vehicle, a divorce, some banged-up credit from said divorce and the need to get out of the upside-down situation the lease was in. She made the numbers happen way better than anyone else could (yes, I visited more than a handful of other dealerships in the past couple of weeks).
