Bait and Switch Went to Edmunds.com for internet price quote on a NEW 2018 Honda Fit EX-L picking 3 dealers in the area. The BEST quote from 3 dealers was from Sunnys Went to Edmunds.com for internet price quote on a NEW 2018 Honda Fit EX-L picking 3 dealers in the area. The BEST quote from 3 dealers was from Sunnyside by a SIGNIFICANT Margin. But upon calling the dealership, I found out that the Exceptionally low quote was for ONLY the specifically mentioned 2018 NEW FIT EX-L quoted. When I said I was interested in a different color, they said it would be $1,000 more. I never got a reasonable answer of why this SPECIFIC NEW FIT was SO CHEAP except that “they wanted to get it off their lot”. Really?? Why this one as opposed to anyone of the other colors! Upon further investigation... they didn’t even have the colors I was interested in on the lot! I can only imagine what my experience would have been if I had actually walked into the dealership. Purchased a car not of my liking? That’s why I call it a “bait and switch” which I’ve had experience with in my younger years when I didn’t.t know better! More

All recommended services/computer codes were consistent with HUM diagnostics. Service experience was excellent. The only negative was sitting in the lounge area and overhearing one of the salesmen drop a couple of F-bombs in conversation with others in sales. Car-buying customers were not present, but there were 5 people in the service waiting room who could hear it. That kind of language from an employee in a public space is unprofessional. More
