When it came time to get the paperwork and financing completed they were patient and understanding as there were a few snags along the way. After I bought it, I liked how they went the extra mile to correct some minor problems that I found wrong and did the necessary work and repairs free of charge! Someone please teach him some manners as well. Disgusting experience. I ave feedback to their customer service desk as well. Eric actually tells me " Good Luck with finding a Honda Accord with the configuration I want as no one would have it". As a matter of fact, I just bought a brand new honda accord with exactly the specifications I wanted just three days back. Not to mention, their pricing was way higher than the other Honda dealers in the area. More

A Tale of Two Salesman My experience with Tim King at SunnySide Honda started very well. He responded to my online inquiry promptly, and continued to do so to each of my em My experience with Tim King at SunnySide Honda started very well. He responded to my online inquiry promptly, and continued to do so to each of my email inquiries. I was very pleased when he made an offer on a 2015 CR-V that was significantly below MRSP and defined as “exceptional” on True Car. I had every expectation of buying my CR-V from Tim and Sunnyside Honda. However, my experience with Tim at the dealership was very different. First, when we began to talk numbers, he told me that the figure quoted to me in his email was the best he could do. I reminded him that the email also indicated that he would reduce the offer an additional $150 if I came in that weekend. Tim feigned ignorance of having made that representation until I presented him a copy of it (he took it from me and never returned it). The subsequent written term sheet that he presented did not include the $150 reduction. But what really frosted me though was the “negotiation” regarding my trade in. Having done my research from several on-line sources, I knew that even if my trade was classified as “rough,” it had a value in excess of $2,000. At worst, I had already received a guaranteed certificate from AutoTrader of $1700 (sight unseen, without inspection). And yet Tim told me the best he could do was $750 because the car had 120,000 miles, and the air conditioner needed repair. I presented Tim with NADA, Blue and Black book evaluations, as well as listings showing vehicles with higher mileage were being listed for sale between $5-$10K. Tim then tried to explain that because he had given me such a good offer on the car he was trying to sell, he had to give me a lower number on my trade. To compound the situation, Tim then pulled up a True Car report to try to show me how fantastic his offer on the CR-V had been. His number was exceptional and I acknowledged it. But then he lied and told me that the True Car numbers don’t include the destination charge so it was like I was getting another $880 from him. It wasn’t true true and I knew it. I showed him that the destination charge was on the report that I had brought. Tim responded that it was obvious I had done my homework. He then increased the offer on my trade to $1,000. I asked for my keys and left. Later that day, another dealer matched Tim’s price and doubled the value on the trade. More
