We found the vehicle we wanted on their website and started the buying process that way. Jim Critzer contacted me very quickly regarding the car and we worked out a time to meet. Chris was not pushy and took the time to go over the two vehicles I was considering. When I decided on the Accord, the part I dread most was going over numbers. He came out with a sheet going over lease and purchase payments. He explained the benefits of both purchasing and leasing. I was totally impressed with the presentation.i am now the proud owner of a new Accord at a payment much lower than I thought. They now have a customer that will be back. Service department is horrible and doesn't care about their customers. For the second time in a row, we brought a vehicle in for repair that wasn't completed when promised. A one day repair turned into their customers. For the second time in a row, we brought a vehicle in for repair that wasn't completed when promised. A one day repair turned into a second day so they could order parts, became a third day when they allegedly got the wrong parts, became a fourth day when the parts didn't arrive. During this whole process, they never called to tell us about the delay, we had to call and ask if the vehicle was done. Several times our calls were transferred to voice mail without a live person to answer the simple question if the car was complete or not. Last time this happened we rated their service lousy when Honda called. Immediatly, they called our house and harrassed us about complaining to Honda. This time we tried to talk to a manager, but both the service manager and general manager decided to take the day off. I hope I'm home when Honda calls this time... More

Cash purchase after seeing Fit online and agreeing to the price. Made appointment to stop in and pick up the car. Overall wait was just under FOUR HOURS!!! Sales team was disorganized, internet department was disorganized, and finance department made me feel like garbage for not buying an extended service contract!! Would NEVER recommend this dealership after the runaround I received. Left sitting for over an hour at a time with no explanation as to why we had to wait so long!! I guess cash sales are last on the list. Second car I have bought at this dealership and it will be the last!! More
