After less than satisfactory service and definitely less than acceptable condensing personal treatment at two other dealers in the area it was definitely a breath of fresh air to come to them for our parts and now service needs. We have been availing ourselves of the services of their parts department for some time now as they also have treated us with exceptional professionalism, care and respect as compared to two other previous visited dealers in the area. I am and old disabled vet and am not an idiot when it comes to the maintenance and repair of vehicles as I once did this work for a living, all of their staff even thought I am certainly not at their level of familiarity and expertise with Honda vehicles as I once was on the wide verity of vehicles I once worked on, their staff still treats me with respect and that is more than appreciated!!! I have worked with Joe in the service department the past few times I've needed routine oil changes, and a non routine fix where the dashboard lit up with error codes.
