I would like to thank service advisor David Richmond and the technician(s) who worked diligently on our 2018 CR-V to get us back up and running! We are truly appreciative of all their hard work and their di the technician(s) who worked diligently on our 2018 CR-V to get us back up and running! We are truly appreciative of all their hard work and their diligence in fixing the issues we were experiencing in such a professional and timely manner. After less than satisfactory service and definitely less than acceptable condensing personal treatment at two other dealers in the area it was definitely a breath of fresh air to come to them for our parts and now service needs. We have been availing ourselves of the services of their parts department for some time now as they also have treated us with exceptional professionalism, care and respect as compared to two other previous visited dealers in the area. I am and old disabled vet and am not an idiot when it comes to the maintenance and repair of vehicles as I once did this work for a living, all of their staff even thought I am certainly not at their level of familiarity and expertise with Honda vehicles as I once was on the wide verity of vehicles I once worked on, their staff still treats me with respect and that is more than appreciated!!! Can't thank David and all their staff for everything and be assured we will be seeing them again as our future needs arises. And we will certainly recommend them to anyone who might be interested in a Honda or has the need for Honda servicing or parts More

Service Department I would suggest you use another dealership for maintenance on your vehicle, at Sunnyside they like to overcharge, they offer a free wash but rarely de I would suggest you use another dealership for maintenance on your vehicle, at Sunnyside they like to overcharge, they offer a free wash but rarely deliver it, the service department staff in condescending: I drought the civic in because the tire pressure light kept coming on the woman at the service counter said “you brought your car up here for tire pressure c’mon” hey after two more visits they finally realized I had a nail in the tire wow they are quick for morons anyway. More
