Asked to have cabin filters replaced. Not done. Told when I picked it up it needed to be done. Service mgr called with a list of items that needed attention in future yet these items we Not done. Told when I picked it up it needed to be done. Service mgr called with a list of items that needed attention in future yet these items were not noted in writing on my invoice. I assumed I would have a list so I could address most important items. If In future you could put in writing what services are needed that would be very helpful. More
