TLDR: Don't do business with this place. They are unprofessional, with the worst management I have ever dealt with. They lied to us multiple times. They will waste your time. We found a car posted on car gurus that had been posted there for 42 days. We would told TWICE by TWO DIFFERENT managers that the car we were interested was available "ready for a test drive" and "the cleanest car you will ever see." We drive two plus hours to see the car. The car was a mess. Covered in sand, sticky child substances, and contained a package of rotten eggs under one of the seats. The center console was full of trash from the previous owner and the 2nd row was missing head rests. The salesman apologized and said they had "just gotten this in" and it had not been through inspection yet, but we could test drive it. We drove it. Struck a deal to purchase it after it was cleaned and drove 2+ hours home. That was on Saturday. Today is Tuesday. I called the dealership twice to request more information and a purchase and sales agreement. The sales manager called me back and informed me that "we found something during inspection and we've decided to send it back to auction so we can't sell it to you." She was unwillingly to provide specifics. More
