Poor Experience with the Service Department When I brought in my 2004 Honda Pilot, I was having engine overheating issues. I specifically stated that I would like to make sure that there wasn't When I brought in my 2004 Honda Pilot, I was having engine overheating issues. I specifically stated that I would like to make sure that there wasn't a head gasket issue because it would probably not be worth fixing due to the age of the vehicle. When I received a call back, I was told that all of the systems were checked out and there was a hole in the radiator. I was assured that this happens to this year of the Pilots all the time. I agreed to pay the very high price of $1,200 because... this is Honda, right? They know these vehicles inside and out, right? Apparently not! The vehicle still has the same issue after replacing the radiator. When I brought it back for the same issue, vehicle overheating, I was told that it's probably losing the coolant through the head gasket... the first thing I told them to check when I went there! When I mentioned that I was told that they checked the head gasket last time, I was then blamed for creating the problem myself by using stop leak prior to them working on the vehicle!! I am in sales and I have to say, the credibility lost with the way this was handled shows a systemic lack of knowledge, caring and understanding of how the customer experience works. And if that wasn't bad enough, the call I was supposed to receive from their manager never happened. Buyer beware! More

I've been going there for years because I just purchased a new 2019 Ridgeline from Honda Barn. This is the fourth Honda I've bought thru this dealer. I've been going there for years because I'm treated like family. The sales people are very informative of any questions I had and their no pressure approach is more like they're helping me with a purchase rather than pushing me into a sale. I'll continue buying my families Honda's and having them serviced there and highly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car go there. More

The service department has been extremely thoughtful to my unique needs of a temporary vehicle while mine was being serviced. Each time I visited they presented as kind and sincere in their desire to help and solve my vehicle issue. I use my vehicle for work as well as personal so it was important to not lose my ability to do my job. The service department is the main reason I choose Honda Barn. I then met Bill Bradley while waiting for a simple service. He was friendly non pushy and answered my question thoroughly about my lease. Next I worked with Amish Patel In financing. Again another member that was kind, helpful, non pushy, and very supportive. Over all this has been a stress less and pleasant experience. Thank you, Louanna Fahey More

I never felt pressured and believe I received a fair price. The unlimited warranty on the Powertrain is an added bonus. The only thing that could have been better would have been having an inspection sticker on the vehicle when I picked it up. More
