It was easy to schedule my appointment. I arrived early and was greeted. My appointment seemed to be quick and the whole experience was fine. Zach Allen who was my advisor was very nice and I arrived early and was greeted. My appointment seemed to be quick and the whole experience was fine. I always feel that I am being taken advantage of and on my last bill found 4 different overcharges. They were begrudgingly removed. When I arrived for a needed emergency repair it sounded like the clerk k my last bill found 4 different overcharges. They were begrudgingly removed. When I arrived for a needed emergency repair it sounded like the clerk knew this was going to happen but was willing to let me blame the bump in the road. I am mad at myself for not asking for the bolts that had held on the damaged part. More
