We put a deposit down to hold the car we were interested in (2020 Honda Accord EXL) to give us time to think about it and there was no hesitation to let us do just that. He also arranged to have our truck looked at for a trade and we were delighted to be offered the amount we needed to pay it off. We would not hesitate to contact Zach again for our next car. I have been going to Honda Barn for years and have had great experiences with both service and sales. After the experience I had recently, I will not be going back. I had two new tires put on my car and a great experiences with both service and sales. After the experience I had recently, I will not be going back. I had two new tires put on my car and an alignment done. It took twice as long as they estimated while I waited in the waiting room. When I got my car back, the steering wheel was crooked. Took it back a couple of weeks later and was told that they were unable to perform an alignment (that I had already paid for at the previous visit) and that it would cost over $1000 to repair the problem. Instead of agreeing to this repair, I took the car to Stratham Tire where they were able to perform an alignment “without a problem.” I have made several phone calls to Honda Barn to get refunded for the alignment they charged me for but we’re unable to perform, especially since I have now paid for an additional alignment at Stratham Tire. I have left several messages for the service manager I worked with to call me back as he is always unavailable when I call. I have yet to hear back from them. Very unhappy and I will not be returning for service or sales. More
