Got me in quickly, had a loaner car so I could still do everything I needed. He called me and kept me updated on warranty and repair timeline and treated me with kindness and respect. I have gotten both my CR-Vs there my daughter drives my 2016 and I have the 2020. I had a bad prior experience in the service department and had stopped getting anything from you. Brought my vehicle in for a recall. The service team performed a 10 point inspection at no charge. I was very surprised to see the report state I am in immediate need of replacing cab The service team performed a 10 point inspection at no charge. I was very surprised to see the report state I am in immediate need of replacing cabin and engine filter along with getting 120k service. I recently had the 120k service completed. I guess what was most surprising is the cost…$65 to replace an $11 cabin filter and another $65 to replace a $12 engine filter. More
