I bought my car brand new 9 months ago. When I purchased it I was sold the maintenance package. I specifically asked if that would be a problem to get service on the weekends. Now I went in without an appointment and they couldn't see me, no problem at all, but on a Tuesday asked if I could bring my car saturday and was told they can't do that because they can't get approval for the service plan until my car is there and the place isn't open on the weekends. Extremely frustrating because I now had to take time off from work just to get an oil change and tire rotation completed. The people in maintenance seem very nice, but said there was nothing they could do. I would never have bought this plan had I been told upfront. More

Zach in sales was great to work with during the entire process. He went above and beyond to include driving 45 minutes to my house to pick up the title of the car I was trading in. I knocked this review back a star because the service tech only downloaded and did not apply the software update. I needed to complete the update myself. They were very attentive on a day when they were short staffed before a holiday weekend. They really look the whole car over and evaluate it which I appreciate. I was greeted with a smile and informed of the time I would be waiting . They were right on target with timing . As I waited for my car to be done, a kind employee saw me crouching in the chair and got m would be waiting . They were right on target with timing .
