Our sales associate Chris was great! He was friendly, professional and clearly was working to help us find a car that worked for us. Our first interaction with a manager there was terrib He was friendly, professional and clearly was working to help us find a car that worked for us. Our first interaction with a manager there was terrible (I think her name was Katherine…she’s not on the website). She was condescending, rude and unprofessional. She also was not helpful at all and made us believe getting a car was next to impossible. Only 2 weeks later, through another manager there (Eileen Barry), we were able to get the car we wanted on the lot in less than 24 hours! Eileen & Chris we’re a pleasure to work with. More
