When we were in Exeter 1 1/2 years ago to look at housing, we had trouble with our old Pilot and got great service f We moved to Exeter 2 months ago. When we were in Exeter 1 1/2 years ago to look at housing, we had trouble with our old Pilot and got great service from Honda Barn on very short notice. Since we moved to Exeter, we needed service on our new Pilot, as well as State Inspection on it and our CRV. The Service Dept. (Jeff, Ethyl and Brendan) is welcoming and does a good job of keeping customers informed. Service was timely and reasonably priced. Now that we have moved to Exeter, we look forward to dealing with Honda Barn for many years. More

Ethel spent her time to make sure I understood I had a service light that came on. Ethel had her team diagnose the system only to find out there was a major service bullion to be addressed. It was the piston problem, major engine wirk, at no cost. However since we were at 80k and the engine was to be taken apart we had the timing chain, h2o pump and tentioner done while they were in there. This ended up being more than I had expected to pay that day but far less than I would have paid one year later when the time belt was due to be done. More

Car Wash Service was excellent, as always. Ethel and Jeff answered my question about my new van. My ONLY complaint would be the car wash that my van was give Service was excellent, as always. I knew it got wet, because of the some of the streaking, but it was almost like it was misted instead of sprayed and washed. All of the dirt was still present and my 17 year old daughter commented that it looked dirtier after the wash than before. All bugs and debris on bumper still stuck on. Very disappointing. But all else was great!! :) More
