Timely and helpful service My service adviser , John Minor, unfortunately is no longer with Keyes. Justin was very helpful and referred me to America's Tire to have the nail in My service adviser , John Minor, unfortunately is no longer with Keyes. Justin was very helpful and referred me to America's Tire to have the nail in my two year old tire repaired for free. I was advised to have the front brakes done as soon as possible. I remember John mentioned it would be necessary at my next service. My car was ready in a timely manner for lube, oil change and tire rotation. Returned today for front brakes, but Justin was no linger there. I hope that I can work with one trustworthy service advisor. More
Miller now Keyes Honda-still seems to be well run operation I must say I was a little reticent when I saw that Keyes had bought out Miller Honda. However, when I went on line and saw that my original service re I must say I was a little reticent when I saw that Keyes had bought out Miller Honda. However, when I went on line and saw that my original service rep Allen Rostmo was still there, I was so happy!!! I am still driving my 2003 Honda Pilot that I bought from Miller Honda. Since I only put about 3,000 miles a year on it, I really want it kept in top condition with original Honda parts. I was able to take the car in and drop it off on Sunday which is a great addition to the service. Allen wasn't there but Jonelle took great care of me and promised Allen would follow up with me on Monday. Allen and the service department employees have always treated me as if I am the most important customer when I walk in and it keeps me coming back. More

Since Keyes took over this location, there is always some other major thing that needs to be done when I bring my car in for regularly scheduled maintenance(I take great care of my car and do all of the maintenances). The maintenance team forgets things like tire caps and air caps, resetting the maintenance notices... I bought a Honda for reliability and affordability. Would never recommend a Honda to anyone. More

had a few issues I have been leasing a Honda for the last 8 years. Initially I was contacted via e-mail saying that my car was subject of a RECALL, at approximately t I have been leasing a Honda for the last 8 years. Initially I was contacted via e-mail saying that my car was subject of a RECALL, at approximately the same time the little wrench icon appeared to indicate service. I called and made an appointment to have both issues addressed. When I arrived I was told that "MY CAR WAS NOT UNDER THE RECALL" So we proceeded to set up the "service" upon which I was told that a "wheel alignment and balancing would be needed" and that there was a charge of $150.00. I said that in all the time I was coming to Miller (now Keyes) I had never incurred such a charge. There was no explanation "only maybe this or maybe that". So I paid the charge. I left the car and it was taken and returned in a reasonable time, however, when I got the car back and was on the way home I noted that the low tire pressure icon was appearing. I called the dealership back and they said it would be taken care of, however, THIS REQUIRED ANOTHER TRIP TO THE DEALERSHIP. It is quite a distance and inconvenience. They indicated that they would "fill up my tank with gas". A little while later I was looking at my charge account and noticed that they had charged me TWICE. This prompted another phone call to the service manager who indicated that a mistake had been made and that one of the charges will be voided. I since have checked and this is true. TOO MANY ISSUES, MISTAKES, POSSIBLE MISREPRESENTATION!! More
