Good dealership and service center I have bought and leased two civics here. Great experiences both times. The service center is good also. Bad customer setvice First when I called for an appointment , I Asked if Miguel Cuenca will be working that day and They told yes . Service Manager was my advisor for that day . It took almost 2 hours for oils change and air filter ..I had to asked her twice about my car , When I went back and asked her about my car . She not even no my car was alrady done .She couldn’ Find my paper work because it was misplaced. She wasn’t helpful. More
