Due to some specific special needs requirements, I did not eventually buy a new or used car from Keyes Honda but, after visits at a number of dealerships, I am so extremely impressed with this dealership and the salesman, Paul Zavala, who served me. First, Paul spent a great deal of time with me, was personable and, forthright in answering my many questions. There was absolutely no pressure and I visited a few times before making a decision. The atmosphere was relaxing with refreshments and friendliness by all staff. The other salesmen and managers were also welcoming and did not appear to be pressuring Paul or myself, though I'm sure questions were asked. Unfortunately, in the end, the car I was considering did not meet my specific needs; however, I would definitely return and recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. Car buying would be so much more pleasant and easier if all car dealerships were like this. Loved the experience and learned so much. Thank you sooo much, Paul. Kudos to the dealership for letting Paul work with me the way I needed. More

Dishonesty and Misleading In fact I asked several times to talk with the general manager of Keyes. I haven't heard back from him or any one else. I have very bad experience with the service department. Service consultant Norbert W. Bajder was very rude, disrespectful, dishonest and wasn't able to answer very simple question "did you use Honda recommend engine oil for my Accord which is (5w30) or 5w20 as he stated in his paper work. Finally, he referred me to his supervisor to correct the paper work only without admitting that she used the correct oil for my car. In addition, Mr. Bajder tried to mislead me when I asked him why the final cost reached $48.95 and your advertising coupon was $34.95, his respond was extra taxes. After waiting for more than 2 and half hours waiting for my oil change after the supervisor claimed that she doesn't have 5W30 and they need to order it for another place which doesn't make any sense to me when her parts department stated to me this is not true "we have 5W30". In fact I used to deal with the previous dealer Miller Honda for years without any problems. After my bad experience with Keyes my car doesn't running smother like before, furthermore and I discovered that there is oil leaks which I haven't before I take the car to the dealer to change my oil. I don't recommend this dealer for anyone and I'll consider all my options to protect my rights and to put an end to this behaviors. More

They don't do they work. The service center does not complete the work they charge for. I came in for routine maintenance with tire rotation and the tires were not rotated.
