Fast forward about 2-3 hours from the moment I walked up to the Honda dealership of Keyes Keyes Keyes, Keyes on Van Nuys (sorry I had to lol)... & I walked out with EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. Jacob S. was freaking amazing! He was so straightforward and transparent, I can't believe I actually enjoyed this experience! I mean, it had to be great for me to wake up thinking about writing this xxxx review... It's definitely 6am. Anyhow, I didn't actually speak to the sales manager David Mendoza, but it was clear that Jacob and David worked together on getting me (again) EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. Never thought I would literally say to car salesman, "You guys aren't the bloodsucking vampires that everyone makes you out to be!" But I just had to let them know! My expectations were definitely exceeded! I will be back!! 😃 More
