Not everyone is friendly . . It was my second oil changed not recently, my differential oil was changed even though my mileage is 10,000 miles, they said it should be changed. . Sylvia and Jen were most helpful and friendly, and the morning passed as painlessly as possible. One thing: Unless I somehow missed it, there's no indication on the website that the entrance to the servic morning passed as painlessly as possible. One thing: Unless I somehow missed it, there's no indication on the website that the entrance to the service center is on Oxnard. I was going up Van Nuys, assuming that's where the entrance would be, and had to drive a bit before I could make a U-turn. You might wanna look into that. More
Great customer service. Ruby was great. Very friendly, helpful and thorough. Finance and manager were very good also. Only issue was when I went drive away, the rear view mi Ruby was great. Very friendly, helpful and thorough. Finance and manager were very good also. Only issue was when I went drive away, the rear view mirror was down and I needed to adjust it to drive. It wouldn't stay up and fell down and was hanging. It was adjusted correctly when I test drove it. So Ruby came back out and then brought someone else out to check it. They thought a spring came loose, but were unable to fix it. So Ruby drove it to service at the other location. The manager came and told me that the service tech had gone home and they were trying to reach him to go back to fix it. If not I would need to come back in 2 days after it was fixed. Luckily someone reached the tech and he went back and was able to fix or replace my rear view mirror. So just the extra wait time and we were able to get on the road. We had a long drive home and it was already night so traffic was worse. We made it home safely and our puppy was so happy to see us. Longest we have left her home alone. Happy it worked out in 1 day. More
