Best Service center for Honda drivers!!!!!!!! The service center is actually on Sepulveda but the service center has really great service. The attendants are very nice the waiting room is clean an The service center is actually on Sepulveda but the service center has really great service. The attendants are very nice the waiting room is clean and nice with a coffee machine, lots of free water and fresh baked cookies and fruit. The best part is the free Lyft service, though some of the drivers should be removed from the Lyfts driver roster. I hope they do NOT change management because its the management that makes the dealership run the way it currently does. More
Good Service I thought they had cross threaded the lug nuts when AAA didn't want to get them off for a flat. I towed my van there. When I explained the situation the mechanic stepped out later and showed me the lug nuts -- some of them were longer than others. They had not done anything wrong, sold me a new tire and got me on my way. More

Atrocious Customer Relations in Sales I was given rounds of semantics regarding the sale of my vehicle that took months to find a resolution to for financial matters that were agreed to. One associate in particular, Dean, should not be interfacing with customers. He has a lack of decorum and professionalism when speaking with customers. The overall experience left a foul memory and the dealership is not what it once was. More

Dealer would go back and forth with hybrid battery coverage. I purchased a 2009 honda civic as long as the hybrid battery was covered by the dealer ship on 10/29 the vin was check and I was told the HYBRID BATTE I purchased a 2009 honda civic as long as the hybrid battery was covered by the dealer ship on 10/29 the vin was check and I was told the HYBRID BATTERY IS COVER,next day I get a call they need to remove battery to xx part number they told me its NOT COVERED.(which was ok I wasnot going to purchase the vehicle.and to pick up vehicle and return it Monday.I get a call Monday and they said the battery in fact is COVERED UNDER WARR. GOOD NEWS, so I purchased the car since it had 70K miles.no calls for 4 days decided to call dealer.they said BATTERY IS NOT COVERED and will cost $4000.00 to replace.now I have a problem ,I DID my PURCHASE BASED ON THE DEALERS REPRESENTATIONS.monday 11/11/19 talked to FERNANDO service manager and explained the cituation.I get a call Tuesday and he said THE HYBRID BATTERY IN FACT IS COVERED.he calls me back about an hour and saying THE BATTERY IS NOT COVERED. WHICH ONE IS IT MR> FERNANDO is it covered or not covered after 3 weeks.based on representations I have purchased a vehicle that does not run.I made the purchased on your dealer ship telling me the hybrid battery is covered.
