My Honda is old and I've always taken it to the dealer for service, I am always greeted as an old friend and treated with fairness and professionalism My Honda is old and I've always taken it to the dealer for service, I am always greeted as an old friend and treated with fairness and professionalism. Jonelle calls and texts me so I know what is going on with my car and even though it's not new (2005 accord) I feel as if my service is just as important as a newer model. I've always gone to the dealer for service and parts and I know when I leave I have the best my car needs. I don't ever feel as if I'm being over sold an item, each service suggestion is discussed and decided by me whether it's needed or not. The manager has also been very accessible if I am not able to reach my service rep because they are with another customer. More
