Jonelle calls and texts me so I know what is going on with my car and even though it's not new (2005 accord) I feel as if my service is just as important as a newer model. I've always gone to the dealer for service and parts and I know when I leave I have the best my car needs. I don't ever feel as if I'm being over sold an item, each service suggestion is discussed and decided by me whether it's needed or not. The manager has also been very accessible if I am not able to reach my service rep because they are with another customer. More

Initially the service was incomplete, but it was a minor recalibration. Was called personally and asked to bring it back to correct the mistake. I did so and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service, there. I still wish it had been completed the first time, but it seems to be a simple training issue. And let's face it, we've all been on both sides of that. I highly recommend their service department. They did good work, righted a wrong, and made me feel important along the way. Fernando and his team are the best! More
