Quick easy, hassle free I brought my car in for its usual oil change etc. mark was assigned to me. I got there early and they took me no problem. I told him other concerns I I brought my car in for its usual oil change etc. mark was assigned to me. I got there early and they took me no problem. I told him other concerns I had in regards to my battery. He then asked if I needed a ride. I usually just get an Uber or a lyft myself and mark informed me they do that for their customers complimentary. How rad. They got me an Lyft and I was on my way. once my car was ready mark called me and sent me another ride. I got back and picked up my car and I was on my way. Oh ya and I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and didn’t realize it until I got half way home. I called mark and he started the search, once I got there he juuuust found it. PHEW. It would’ve been an expensive oil change LOL. Thanks Honda and thanks sooo much to mark! Super easy experience. More

Dean (manager) told me that if anything is wrong to come right back to him...I did and I called and he ignored me. I have a baby and in this heat I need A/C BUT it doesnt work cause the compressor is broken. More
