Never again!! I went in as my lease to my Honda Civic ended in May and I wanted to finance it. After getting numbers from one guy I forgot his name Julio came in to I went in as my lease to my Honda Civic ended in May and I wanted to finance it. After getting numbers from one guy I forgot his name Julio came in to the picture. He (Julio) gave me the car payoff amount and numbers again. After approx 20 min of talking Julio walked away and then returned like 2-3 minutes and gave me a new paper stating my lease had not terminated and I still had 6 payments left. I explained my lease was over on May 7, and that I had actually paid the lease off early and owed them nothing. Julio insisted I did. Julio walked and away and another guy jumped in to the pic. He introduced himself as the finance manager I forgot his name but last name is Terhousepians. He told me that Miller Honda had sold business to Honda and created another contract with out my consent and forged my signature for 42 month lease. I was shocked and very disappointed. At the end I ended keeping my car as they made me believe they were doing me a favor by waving the 6 payments left. I had leased 3 cars before and finance my last but this will be my last time I do business with Honda. More

Emergency Came in late afternoon with a dead battery. They changed it and did an oil change, all within an hour and a half.
