I received nothing but quality and professional service fro I took my 2007 Honda Pilot in for a check up and an oil change to the service department. I received nothing but quality and professional service from all the staff. Omar was my service representative. It turns out that during the inspection I needed something I didn’t come in for that was dangerous to be left alone. I decided to get it fixed and he kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the day with emails and calls. I was able to pick up my car before the end of the day and I was thrilled that the car was now safe to drive again. Picking up my car was fast and easy. I received the same great service I had had in the morning. More

While everyone in the service dept is friendly and courteous, we particularly love working with Miguel Cuenca. They are always timely in getting your car into service, have great service technicians, and they have never recommended unnecessary repairs. Their prices are competitive, too. Great service!!! More

Best service department When Miller Honda changed to Keyes I was extremely concerned as I had not the best experience with Keyes in the past in the sales department. But, t When Miller Honda changed to Keyes I was extremely concerned as I had not the best experience with Keyes in the past in the sales department. But, to my happiness, Vanessa and her staff in Service are outstanding. They come through on everything from on time appts, car ready when promised, and up to the minute briefing. Check in and check out with Vanessa and staff are flawless. The only negative would be that I think pricing with Keyes is higher than with Miller and there are not the same flow of discount coupons. But, the service that Vanessa provides , so far has been worth the additional cost. Sales on the other hand has a lot to be desired. I will be purchasing a new car, it has been delayed through work, but I am not all that keen on dealing with sales. More
