They e-mailed me to inform me about status of the service and when it was done. The waiting room was great with water, tea, coffee and fruits available to make my wait comfortable and pleasant. No stress, no hazzle. More
I went for a regular service and will definitely go back I've been to other Honda dealers for service on my darling Civic but am now spoiled by Keyes and particularly Jonelle. Considering that I got there a bit late, the service was faster than I expected. Cost was as expected. Thank you Jonelle and Bob. And, Holy Moly! The waiting room is just wonderful: spacious, big comfy chairs, 2 TVs, a large bowl of fresh fruit, vending machines and (my personal favorite) a coffee bar! And, it was not freezing cold like another local dealer. More

overpriced overpriced overpriced Went in for an oil change after 3k miles on my civic with 25k total miles. Dealer recommended additional minor repairs for additional $800. Don't. If you happen to run across this location through your web search, don't. EVERYTHING on their website is a lie and when you show up, they over inflat If you happen to run across this location through your web search, don't. Encountered the same poor customer service shortly after change from Miller to Keyes. Had hoped perhaps they might have improved over time. They got worse. More

Jonelle helped us plan and schedule the expected repairs so the costs are spread out, while the car is still going strong with out a hitch. We have bought Honda's for the past 30 years. Honesty, care and understanding of the costs to the customer from the employees we work with are important to us. We also appreciate getting into a clean car at pick up! My husband thought it had been waxed when I brought it home! Thank you!! More

Nice touch (new to me) were email updates on status of the service. Waiting room of same comfort, with free 'gourmet' coffee and water, but no more donuts, replaced now by fruit, thankfully with good cookies and packaged pasteries on the side for us old-line Miller customers. More
