When I saw the Honda pricing for the most part was super competitive I decided to give them a try and was pleasantly surprised. Did not gave my vehicle in good condition. My car was working fine before I took it for an airbag recall. After that day, my car did not worked how it was before. Dashboard gauges were not work My car was working fine before I took it for an airbag recall. After that day, my car did not worked how it was before. Dashboard gauges were not working, most of my fuses were blown, my car was running poorly. Next day, took it back for a diagnostic test, technician found a few problems that I have encountered, but could not find the main issue. Service advisor claim that all that the technician did was change the airbag and did a few things with the dashboard. My car was working 100% before I took it to get an airbag recall. Technician also did not align my steering wheel well. I am very upset til this very day, once I gave them my key, I trusted them with my car. Now, I will refuse to go back. Overall, I manage to fix my car and resolve the issue that the technician could not figure out. More

Routine Maintenance Keyes Honda is great to deal with. I had some routine maintenance done and they did a perfect job. I had done an oil change at Jiffy Lube and they did Keyes Honda is great to deal with. I had some routine maintenance done and they did a perfect job. I had done an oil change at Jiffy Lube and they did not fill the oil all the way, Keyes caught their mistake and topped off my oil. Keyes also cleaned my temperature sensor so I was spared the cost of a new sensor. Overall they do not take advantage of you and they are reasonable in terms of price. In fact their oil change is a lot cheaper than Jiffy Lube. More

My vehicle purchase Lenny Hernandez was my sales person. He went out of his away to assist me and the people who replaced him were not nearly as helpful. The manager Hila Lenny Hernandez was my sales person. He went out of his away to assist me and the people who replaced him were not nearly as helpful. The manager Hilary wasn’t willing to even attempt to make me happy. My experience improved once I sat with the financial manager. Her sense of humor was great and she had personable skills. Overall I would give Lenny a 5 out of 5, you should definitely ask for him. Julie Warr was the financial manager that helped me, she’d get a 5 out of 5 too. The other two I dealt with would receive a 3 (the replacement for Lenny) and a 2 for his manager Hilary. More
