The "inspection" performed during our latest visit included FAILs for repairs and maintenance already done, including some performed at this dealership. Items were obviously copied and pasted from a previous report. The inaccuracies of the current report lead one to question the veracity of the entire report. By including invalid FAIL items from report to report, a customer might end up ordering duplicated repairs or maintenance. At best Keyes' inspection reports are confusing, at worst they could certainly be considered deceptive. Keyes' inspection reports are a big FAIL. More
