Quick and easy! Made an appointment on the same day to have my oil changed and my adviser Oscar was very helpful and accomodating to my needs. Jonelle Rocks! I took my H-RV in to get checked out because it stalled a couple times. Jonelle was amazing and the technician made some adjustments. The following we I took my H-RV in to get checked out because it stalled a couple times. Jonelle was amazing and the technician made some adjustments. The following weekend it stalled again so I called her immediately and she was super flexible and let me come in the next morning. She even arranged for a technician to drive around with me for an hour to try and recreate it. Of course it was fine on the drive, but she gave me a bunch of options and was so friendly and gave me the honest truth: "we could have it for 5 days and never recreate the problem". While I still haven't fully resolved the issue, I know that Jonelle has my back and as soon as it happens again I'll be calling her and having my car towed straight over so they can get it fixed. More

My service advisor Miguel Cuenca was very pleasant & helpful answering my questions. It was a busy day for me because I'm on call ( at the hospital) Miguel got me a transportation just in case I got called in. My overall experience was excellent. More
