I made the decision to go to Galpin Ford located in Van Nuys! First and last time I will EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE! After that experience I was very scared to step foot in a car dealer again. But Carlos and Helen made that fear turn into hope and faith that there is still some genuine people in this world. Thank you so much for everything you were able to do for me. Carlos your and amazing man!!! You did not just make me feel comfortable with the entire deal but also had patience with me and my beautiful daughter! The treatment she received from the entire Honda team that crossed her way made me feel like home. Helen my angel! Thank you so much for everything you did for me. We even baptized my new car with the name of "Dora" ! I give you all thumbs up and an endless star rating! I hope to continue being a part of your Honda team! I will be referring everyone to you two! Believe me!! If Honda's upper management does not recognize the excellence service you two car angels provide to customers on a day to day basis they are insane! You two should get a raise, for outstanding customer service, because not everyone takes their time to go above and beyond to satisfy a customers needs and actually meet their expectations and if they do they are usually asked for before from the customer, or it's done after something goes wrong. Beware Miller Honda of Van Nuys! Beware Miller Honda. They sold me a CRV Lemon. After starting legal action, they let me exchange it for another brand new CRV. After a month the ba Beware Miller Honda. They sold me a CRV Lemon. After starting legal action, they let me exchange it for another brand new CRV. After a month the battery died, so they replaced it with a limited warranty battery that died a few months later and told me because it was not the original battery that came with the car (that died after a month) they wouldn't cover the warranty on the battery. I bought a new battery from them, which died a few months later. They told me that the software on the car needed to be updated and that's why it was killing my batteries. Did the update. Still killing my batteries, just went through my fourth battery on a 2013 Honda CRV. Their service station also have been very rude and don't care other than wanting to charge me again to update the software again. They do not stand by their warranties. Also, the CRV does terrible mileage, about 17 mpg. They told me that's standard even though the sticker says 23 -- they told me that's never correct. This is my first and last Honda. More
Honda Service - Miller Honda I have purchased two vehicles from Miller (2007 Accord & 2010 Ridgeline) and while there are dealers closed to my residence I continue to bring them b I have purchased two vehicles from Miller (2007 Accord & 2010 Ridgeline) and while there are dealers closed to my residence I continue to bring them back to Miller for service. They consistently provide quality service & maintenance in a timely manner. Great waiting area, love the cubicles, Wi-Fi along with free coffee & popcorn! I always wait for my vehicles and generally I am able to get quite a bit of work done during the wait. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. More
Purchased a used Acura TSX from Miller Honda, my salesman Ben was great, would do business with Ben again in a heartbeat, went above and beyond his duty to help me out. Do not go to Miller Honda. They are totally dishonest. We bought a car from them which had scratches on it - lots on every panel of the car and a seat belt was broken. It was a brand new car not used so We bought a car from them which had scratches on it - lots on every panel of the car and a seat belt was broken. It was a brand new car not used so we don;t understand why it had so many issues. A few hours after we bought the car we noticed the scratches. We called the dealership and they agrees to fix the scratches and give us a price reduction. The next day we took the car in to be repaired. They returned the car and said they fixed the scratches but they only put wax on the scratches. Once we washed the car the scratches were back. They blames the scratches on the Honda Factory and dragged their feet on fixing them. We called the Factory and they said its the dealerships responsibility and not theirs We asked to return the car or get one without scratches. They began avoiding our calls and ignoring our concerns. Almost three months later they still have not fixed the scratches. We are frustrated and upset that we ever bought from them. Buy from a different Honda if you want Honda. We heard from one of the sales associates that we are not the only customers who have complained about scratches and gotten the run around. More
