LOVE my new car and my experience at Honda Village! As with most people, I loathed the idea of having to visit car dealerships in search of a new [used] car. My beloved 2005 Honda Pilot was on it's last legs [wheels] and I desperately wanted a car with better mileage now that I'd recently started a new job in Cambridge. My now 20-mile commute each way was just not sustainable any further. I'd already visited three other Honda dealerships and was not satisfied with the Honda CRVs that I'd seen to date. I therefore approached my visit to Honda Village with a pretty grim outlook. But surprisingly, I was, well surprised! Manny was the most low-key, attentive and patient car salesman I'd ever encountered! He took his time with me, was willing to move at least 6 cars around in a crowded lot just so I could test drive the one car that I was interested in -- (and eventually bought ;)! ) -- and was willing to do whatever it took to enable me to make this purchase in a matter of 72 hours! I can't espouse enough about Manny or Honda Village as a whole. The place is AWESOME and I look forward to bringing my car there should it ever need servicing and wholly recommend this place (and Manny) to all my friends and acquaintances. Love, love, LOVE!!! More

Great buying experience Dreading the car buying process I had been putting off making a trade. Having a Honda Element already I went in to schedule some routine maintenance. Dreading the car buying process I had been putting off making a trade. Having a Honda Element already I went in to schedule some routine maintenance. While there I decided to look around. I did not purchase my Element at Honda Village, I met Josh who turned out to be such a great salesman. He knew right away what car I was interested in, all of the specs and details. I explained I had had some negative car buying experiences in the past and was not looking for a hard sale or smoke and mirrors wheeling and dealing. I need not have worried. Josh was so good and walking me through the whole process. I did not even go in intending to make the purchase that day bit he made me feel confident about my choice. I knew the Honda brand was top notch already but I left there feeling good about my trade in and the purchase agreement. The entire staff at Honda Village was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Josh if you are thinking about buying a car. More

As expected, great experience I have dealt with Honda Village in the past for service on my vehicle, and always had great experiences. We received a flyer in the mail about trading I have dealt with Honda Village in the past for service on my vehicle, and always had great experiences. We received a flyer in the mail about trading in our car and trading up to a newer better vehicle. We were contacted by Joshua Fink to come in and get our vehicle appraised to see what we could do. We test drove a 2014 CRV with all the upgrades, and hoped to be able to trade in our 2011 CRV with no negative equity. Unfortunately as much as Joshua tried, we couldn't make that deal work (no fault of his, we just couldn't afford the payments and our car was not worth enough to lower them). We were about to leave (with no hard feelings!), when he came back to us and said he had another option. We ended up trading in our CRV for a full loan payoff, and leasing a 2016 CRV (which we intend to buyout at the end of the lease). He made the entire process smooth, and is the ideal salesman because he doesn't push anything on you, and will do his absolute best to get you what you want. He was personable, and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Honda Village, but specifically Josh Fink! More

From the moment you walked in, Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Georgi Stoev listened to what my needs were and found me the perfect car and price. There was no uncomfortable pressure to make a decision, no salesman pitch...which was extremely refreshing. If your looking to lease or buy a vehicle, new or pre-owned, go to Honda Village...You won't regret it! More

At first when I was on the phone with Ali, I made the mistake about something he said, and when I met him I apologized and he was very understanding about it. When I mentioned my concern about a current deal that I had in the works at another Honda dealership, he recommended that I get a preapproval online, which I did and that was wonderful advice from Ali. Also, he texted me after we ended the call to let me know that the car I wanted was available and that was helpful. He was patient with me and my son throughout the day, even when we left for a longer than usual lunch break. He went over the features of the car in detail, and didn't give me a hard time about completing the partially completed Honda Finance application [a different dealer did]. He helped me complete it. He also helped me print out the documentation that was needed [the other dealer didn't] and Ali also understood my concern about recent history on the computer's browser after I printed the info, too, for privacy [the other dealer's sales rep had no idea what I was talking about]. My 2014 Honda Pilot at a previous dealer was a bad experience with the finance department, but Honda Village finance, Jeremy Barber, was helpful and respectful. The finance manager at the other dealership flung the paperwork at me in a rude way when I didn't want to finance the extended warranty and made me feel like crap by stating that I was a "risk liability" for not financing extended warranty. I challenged the other dealer by saying, "Show me in writing and I will," but since he couldn't, I didn't. With Honda Village, the experience was much more pleasant. Jeremy stated, without knowing my history with the current car, "No worries - you can come in a different day, at your convenience, and we can sit down and go over the options. You can purchase the extended warranty after the sale." Both Ali and Jeremy were excellent to work with. The sale went through on March 4, 2017 and I'm poised to be pick up the car today. More
