Braulio at Honda Village was excellent to work with I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Honda Village a few months ago, and I felt compelled to write a review on both the dealership and Braulio Andrades, I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Honda Village a few months ago, and I felt compelled to write a review on both the dealership and Braulio Andrades, the sales representative who worked with me. I am a car person, and I have had many experiences (10 or so) at car dealerships, so I have a lot of points of comparison. I can't always describe an experience as excellent, but my experience at Honda Village with Braulio was excellent beginning with first contact. Braulio was very professional and provided the level of customer service that a customer would hope for and expect. He was also very knowledgeable, and he was timely with emails and phone calls. A real person, and not just someone trying to sell you a car. I am a negotiator and everything went very smoothly when we sat down to negotiate the deal. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the experience as a whole. I was in an out in about 4-5 hours and the vast majority of that time was spent waiting for finance (it was a busy Saturday) so it easily could have been 2 hours. Kudos to the finance department as well. I could keep going but I don't want to write a novel. All in all: excellent experience, highly recommend asking for Braulio, thanks for reading my review. Jim contacted me in January to make me a ware that the end of my lease was in May, but I qualified for a new lease 3 months early. I leased a 2015 Civic and I am very pleased with the car. Jim was grat again and I really love the improvements made in the new Civic. I would highly recommend Honda Village, even though it is almost 500 miles from my home.
