I was lied to by the service writer, saying the car was in the shop, but the tech needed a few more minutes, when it was still in the back. The safety check of the car was a joke and a waste of time. I have purchased 2 new cars there but I won't be returning. Spoke to the service manager and it wasn't helpful. More

The purchasing process is very slow, lots of sitting and waiting at the desk in the dealership as the sales person goes back and forth to management. Also, we traded in our old Honda and had left something in the car that we wanted returned. None of our calls or emails to the sales person was returned. We were completely ignored. So my impression is that once they sell the car to you then the relationship is over. If you can find similar pricing at another Honda dealership I would recommend that you explore other options. Worst Car Purchase in the World 1st - car we came to see was misrepresented in their web pictures. Next two “Certified Cars” were also not suitable to show for selling. Only to find out ... to get the Certification you have to pay an extra $600, it’s not included in the price they advertised. I checked with another dealer and this isn’t what they do. So I feel like an idiot for admitting this but don’t get caught in this situation yourself. I have called the dealership MANY times to get a copy of the Certification report and only got a poor copy after threatening to cancel the deal. I am supposed to pick up my car at the DMV in Connecticut tomorrow & meet the salesperson there GOD only knows what’s going to go wrong tomorrow. More

Misleading The process started off great. They needed proof of income and i provided. Before I gave proof of income they express the bank just needs the income The process started off great. I get a call today saying otherwise after they had me waiting thinking the bank approved me. I was misled and I do not think that was ok. Never told me the name of the bank either. I feel like it was a lie anyways. I will not come here again just for the misleading. I was excited and happy. Now im disappointed. More

Three months now down the road, called to schedule an appointment for detailing (which is included in the all inclusive package) and was told this is not part of my plan and that the finance manager that I worked with (who was AWESOME) was no longer an employee and it didn’t matter.
