Honda Village

I was so scared when I can't even open the gas tank for gas, so I have to bring my car into Honda Village. I was a little nervous since my Accord Honda never have much problem since it's so reliable. Calvin, the service advisor was very friendly and experience. I have to say that he's very knowledgeable about the car. So I was confident that he will have my car ready for me in a few hours. And I am extremely happy to get my car back in a few hours with my gas tank door and back trunk being able to open and close. It was a scary experience but Honda Village has made my experience less miserable! Thanks! More

I had a wonderful experience. This was my first visit and I went in for a mileage service, to get a steering issue addressed, to address a recall, and to get my car detailed. I found Joe to be very friendly and helpful and was better able to explain to me why my car needed over $2400 or work. Philip did not seem as much like he wanted to do what is best for me- he just wan better able to explain to me why my car needed over $2400 or work. Philip did not seem as much like he wanted to do what is best for me- he just wanted my money. He said he would do all of the work $2000. Joe was able to work it down to $1800. I would work with Joe again but not Philip. He did not explain well the reason for the work and was not as friendly. He just seems interested in getting as much money out of me as he can. I would however, highly recomment Joe. Joe was much more personable and seemed like he wanted to do what was best for me and my car. Much better service from Joe! More
