Karla is absolutely phenomenal!!! I came in for an oil change but Karla made sure to take a look at the whole history. She caught things nobody else has in over 2 years of me owning the car and advised me change but Karla made sure to take a look at the whole history. When I have my car serviced, my latest one this past Saturday was with CJ, they will let me know what items need to be done and what the cost will be. There is no pressure to have them done if it doesn't fit in budget at that time. I appreciate the honesty and lack of pressure that I find throughout the dealership, and also that Honda is upholding emissions standards in their cars. That says a lot about them as a socially conscious company. More
