Honda West

Not a good overall experience. I traded my Toyota RAV4 for a Nissan Frontier pickup. This was basically an even trade. This entire transaction took over four hours (for no apparen I traded my Toyota RAV4 for a Nissan Frontier pickup. This was basically an even trade. This entire transaction took over four hours (for no apparent reason). And, of course they lied to me on what they would fix 'later' since it was so late at this time. I also should have received a title to the Nissan truck at the time of the transaction (1/23/20) since I owned the RAV4 free and clear and provided them with that title. As of 3/11/20 I still have not received the title. They have not been particularly helpful with any followup. More
