Amazing salesman Yosbel (one of the salesman) listened to what I was looking in a vehicle and brought an amazing car that I have fallen in love with. Consistently good service John Colgan stepped in when my advisor was ill. Checked for recalls and followed up so that all my requests were met. Oil change, tire check and needed my visor on driver side replaced--thankfully on warranty! In and out in about 1 hr. Great with establishing appt time. Honda West is a terrific dealership for the purchase and the service. More

There was one car that I saw that I really wanted and it happened to be his personal car! I bought the same model and color! Also, the finance person was awesome and very personable and not pushy. I would have rated 5 and almost rated 3 because of a misleading 'thank you gift'. I received in the mail a certificate from Honda for a family portrait, supposedly worth $1000. That company is the biggest rip-off, high pressured sales that I have seen since the high pressured Time-Share gimmicks in the 90's. I was very surprised that Honda would allow a company to take advantage of their customers like that!!! first of all, it is misleading to say that it is a gift. Yes, you could possibly with THREATS get the "free" portrait. With the line of BS that you have to endure it is certainly not worth it and I'm sure the picture would be less than desirable. They are very unethical and a few other choice words come to mind. Please do not sully your reputation by supporting and promoting companies like that. More

Pleasant I haven't purchased a new car in 14 years, so at first the concept was overwhelming. I went from a key in the ignition and a radio to a much more sop I haven't purchased a new car in 14 years, so at first the concept was overwhelming. I went from a key in the ignition and a radio to a much more sophisticated vehicle. Yosbel helped me to calm down and take things a step at a time. I felt I was in good hands through the entire process. I cannot express enough how helpful , patient and informative Yosbel Corrales was throughout the entire transaction. I even returned a couple of days later to resign the purchase documents and he again helped me with further questions--even installing the rubber floor mats I purchased from your parts department. Tim Walker, likewise, made the document signing pretty easy. We had one glitch in a misspelling, but he was on top of that issue and had all documents revised and ready for signature. All in all, it was a new experience in car buying and Yosbel and Tim made it a good one! Looking forward to the same good service in your Service Department. More
